Thermo Air, Inc. is a full Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating & Ventilation, Preventative Maintenance and Installation Contracting Company located in Hollywood, Florida. Our company not only provides on demand HVAC services and repairs, but also offers a full range of "Planned Preventative Maintenance" programs to fit your particular equipment needs. Thermo Air, Inc. also operates full installation and new construction/retrofit departments capable of performing projects ranging from a few thousand and upwards to 3 million dollars acting both as prime and sub-contractor. Our company was established in 1959 and has been in business servicing customers throughout South Florida ever since.

Our firm currently employs over twenty trained and licensed field technicians strategically located throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Our team is supported by an experienced managerial staff, bringing the total to (30) employees. Our company is divided into two divisions, a service department and a new construction/retrofit division. We also employ a full time dispatcher and operate a full service replacement parts department. The retrofit division employs a senior project manager assisted by an estimator/CAD operator.

Thermo Air, Inc. is a Florida State licensed certified contractor and registered with all local municipalities and county licensing boards. Our work jurisdiction encompasses the entire state of Florida for new installation projects and the southern half of Florida for preventive maintenance and service repairs. The firm is fully insured and covers all employees under the Florida Worker's Compensation requirements. All of our technicians are certified by the local licensing board as Mechanical Journeyman and are EPA certified in the handling of all refrigerants. All apprentices are registered with the Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and attend an intense five-year training program.

Thermo Air, Inc. holds affiliations with the Mechanical Contractors Association, the Mechanical Service Contractors Association, and the local ASHRAE Association . We are proud to say that we are actively involved in the U.A. Star Certified technicians testing and certification program.

We are the S. Florida Carrier Transicold Authorized dealer for service, parts and equipment needs. Our service department also handles all other manufacturers' parts and equipment in the HVAC industry.
